Rental policy

All rentals at Mansions By the Sea require a 30-day minimum stay. We offer monthly rentals only; short-term nightly rentals are not available. Rates vary depending on season, floor, furnishings and view, and are confirmed by our team at the time of booking.

Bookings

Submitting a booking request through this website does not by itself guarantee a reservation. Availability and final pricing are confirmed by our team. A reservation is confirmed once payment terms are agreed and any required payment is received.

Pricing & estimates

Any totals shown by the booking tool are estimates for convenience and may not reflect final pricing or all applicable taxes and fees. The confirmed rate provided by our team governs.

Payments

We accept card payments and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and USDT via TRC20), and can arrange alternative methods such as Apple Pay, Venmo, Chime, Zelle, bank transfer or wire transfer on request. For cryptocurrency, always verify the wallet address shown at checkout before sending funds; transactions are irreversible. Card payments are handled by a secure third-party processor.

Community rules

Guests must observe community rules, including that no pets are permitted. Monthly HOA fees (approximately $1,144–$1,259+) apply as applicable and typically include cable TV, water, sewer, trash, building maintenance and pool maintenance.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are provided with your booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Use of this website
